You Don’t Have to Have It All Figured Out

You might be here after another sleepless night, trying to hold it together while everything feels like it's coming undone. Or maybe you're back at work after a short, blurry paternity leave, expected to jump back in at full speed like nothing’s changed, when everything has.

If you're feeling overwhelmed, numb, or silently wondering “Is this my new normal?”, you’re not alone.

The Truth About
New Fatherhood

Many new dads tell me:

  • “I’m trying to be all things to all people, and I can’t keep it up.”

  • “People assume I’m fine, just because I’m the dad.”

  • “I miss my past life, but I feel guilty for even thinking that.”

  • “Some days, I don’t feel anything at all. Is something wrong with me?”

Our culture doesn't often make space for fathers to talk about their own mental and emotional needs. You're expected to be steady, strong, and selfless and the cost of that can be heavy.

It’s Not About Fixing You,
It’s About Supporting You

You don’t need to ‘tough it out’ or ‘power through.’ You need space to be human.

In therapy, we’ll work together to:

  • Make sense of what you're feeling, without judgment or pressure

  • Rediscover your sense of self while navigating the demands of new fatherhood

  • Learn how to set priorities that protect your energy, time, and well-being

From Surviving to Showing Up

The dads I work with aren't looking to be perfect, they just want to be present. To feel like themselves again. To show up for their family and for themselves.

Let's get you there.
